Thanks for your question. According to our techs, that pot is used to get the preset temperature and actual temperature to read the same. It is not really a calibration. If you want to adjust it, then 190 C = 815.883 ohm resistor. Some times the adjustment is a pain and may make things worse. I would only adjust it if the difference was way off. Hope that this helps.
