Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, the MP987 has been discontinued for nearly 15 years, so not all of our current sales reps are familiar with the operation of the machine. However, give our Help Desk a call and they should be able to find someone to walk you through the basic operation. Manuals are available for a small fee.
