Thanks for the question.  Sorry for the delay in answering it.

One thing you could do is grind up "good" parts and "bad" parts and run a melt flow on each of them to see if you can see any difference in the flow rates.  It there is, it would be helpful to run the material they were made from to see if you can detect a difference there as well.  That may help you prescreen material so you can separate the "good" from the "bad" before you mold the part.  Hope this helps
