Do you mean that you have GFI (ground fault interupt) outlets in the lab and that you have to use them?  If so I can't help you because the MP600 will not workk correctly when plugged into a GFI outlet.  If you have any further questions, please contact me through helpdesk@tiniusolsen.com.

 Nice to communicate with you.

I am in GE plastic, and we have a machine of MP600 Extrusion Plastometer.

But we found the machine has a problem about electricity leakage, our Power of LAB will be closed when I open this machine. of couse we have the earth leakage protective device in the lab, and our policy show that we can not cancel thie earth leakage protective device, so could you help to know what's the matt with this machine.

This machine was made in 2003 year, and the S/N:202338-2.
